The university seeks experienced candidates for the following senior posts: Registrar, Treasurer and Controller of Examinations. All positions require a Master’s degree (minimum 2nd division) from a recognized university and substantial relevant administrative experience.
Registrar: Candidates should have at least 17 years of administrative experience in a public sector university or government department on posts of responsibility (equivalent to BPS-20). The Registrar will manage academic administration, policy implementation and coordination among departments.
Treasurer: Applicants must hold a Master’s degree with 17 years’ experience in audit, accounts or financial management within government, semi-government organizations or preferably a public sector university. SAP qualification will be given preference. The Treasurer will be responsible for budgeting, financial controls and compliance.
Controller of Examinations: This role requires a Master’s degree with 17 years of service in a responsible capacity in a university or educational board. Candidates should be fully conversant with university examination systems (preferably semester/term systems) and will oversee examination planning, results processing and academic records.
