Solar Sales Executive – Lahore, Karachi & KPK (5 Positions)

About the Role:
We are looking for dynamic and motivated Solar Sales Executives to join our team across Lahore, Karachi, and KPK. The ideal candidates will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting solar energy products and solutions, and closing sales to help expand the company’s market presence. This role requires strong product knowledge, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for renewable energy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and engage potential customers in assigned regions.
- Present and promote solar products, solutions, and services to clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer energy needs and propose suitable solar solutions.
- Maintain strong follow-up and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Track sales activities using CRM tools and prepare timely reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitor offerings.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 1–2 years of proven sales experience in the solar energy sector is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of solar systems, products, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
