Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including shortlisting candidates and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases on a regular basis.
• Support the onboarding and orientation process for new employees.
• Manage day-to-day HR operations and promptly address employee queries.
• Assist in preparing payroll and maintaining HR documentation.
