Full Job Description

We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented, and proactive Amazon Virtual Assistant with strong expertise in Seller Central, listing optimization, keyword research, catalog management, and Amazon policies. The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of Amazon’s end-to-end operations and be able to support daily tasks across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities

Product Listings & Catalog Management

• Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, keywords, A+ Content)
• Manage variations, categories, browse nodes, and flat files
• Track listing suppressions, stranded inventory, and inactive SKUs
• Handle uploads, edits, and resolve template errors

Order & Inventory Management

• Track FBA and FBM orders
• Manage FBA shipments, replenishment plans, and restock alerts
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and freight forwarders
• Maintain healthy inventory levels and prevent stockouts

Keyword Research & Optimization

• Conduct competitor analysis and keyword research using Helium10, Jungle Scout, Data Dive, Keepa, etc.
• Improve ranking, visibility, and listing conversions

Account Health & Policy Compliance

• Monitor performance metrics, notifications, and violation alerts
• Assist in resolving compliance issues, preparing documentation, and responding to cases
• Maintain excellent account health standards

Customer Support

• Respond to customer queries and messages in line with Amazon TOS
• Assist with returns, refunds, and customer issue resolution

Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare daily/weekly reports (sales, inventory, keyword rankings, PPC insights)
• Collaborate with PPC, design, and product development teams

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Amazon VA (1–2 years+ preferred)
• Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central
• Experience with:
  • Listing optimization
  • Flat files
  • Keyword research tools
  • FBA/FBM management
• Knowledge of Amazon policies, compliance, and account health
• Strong English communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple brands and SKUs simultaneously

Preferred Skills

• Experience with A+ Content, Brand Registry, and Storefront updates
• Basic understanding of Amazon PPC
• Knowledge of design fundamentals for coordination with graphics team
• Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills

Contract Duration: 3 months
