Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Mobile Tyre Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will manage customer enquiries, book jobs, and coordinate with the Operations Manager and tyre fitters to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate has solid tyre knowledge, proven tyre sales experience, and excellent communication skills.

Job Timings

6 days a week
10-hour shift per working day

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and enquiries
• Book jobs accurately and share details with the operations team
• Coordinate daily schedules with the Operations Manager and tyre fitters
• Provide expert advice to customers on tyre options, suitability, and pricing
• Upsell and cross-sell tyre products and related services
• Maintain accurate sales and booking records in company systems
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Work towards achieving monthly sales and performance targets

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a tyre shop, garage, or tyre sales environment
• Strong understanding of tyre brands, sizes, and vehicle fitment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident in handling objections and closing sales
• IT literate; experience with booking or CRM systems is a plus
