About the Role

We’re hiring a Marketing Designer who can create high-performing visuals, videos, and web experiences that drive conversions. This is a creative growth role, not a product design role.

You will design scroll-stopping graphics, conversion-focused landing pages, and polished short-form videos for marketing and paid media campaigns. We’re looking for someone who understands both the creative side (what looks great) and the strategic side (what converts).

If you enjoy creative challenges, understand marketing psychology, and can turn AI prompts into strong campaigns, you’ll fit right in.


What You’ll Work On

  • Designing visuals for social ads, paid campaigns, and promotional content
  • Editing and creating short-form videos for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
  • Designing and optimizing landing pages focused on conversions
  • Collaborating with developers on high-converting website pages
  • Creating graphics for emails, presentations, and sales decks
  • Building brand assets, templates, and style systems
  • Working with growth teams to translate briefs into fast execution
  • Reviewing performance data and improving creative based on results
  • Staying updated on trends in SaaS, design, and digital advertising

Our Ideal Candidate

  • 3–5+ years of experience in marketing design, web design, or video creative
  • Strong portfolio with graphics, landing pages, and video editing work
  • Can follow creative direction and work independently
  • Interested in understanding why certain creatives convert
  • Works quickly and iteratively — comfortable with testing and feedback
  • Strong eye for layout, typography, and motion
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, data-informed startup environment

Required Skills & Tools

  • Figma or Adobe XD (web and layout design)
  • Adobe Creative Suite or Canva (graphics)
  • CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects (video editing)
  • Basic understanding of conversion-focused marketing and funnels

Bonus Skills

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or tech startups
  • Understanding of performance marketing (A/B testing, CTR/CVR, etc.)
  • Familiarity with landing page builders like Webflow or Unbounce
  • Experience with analytics tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4)
  • Motion graphics or animation experience

Working Hours

6 PM – 3 AM PKT
Full-time (40 hours/week)
Education: Undergraduate degree
Level: Intermediate (3–5+ years experience)
