Job Title: AI Developer – Staff & Sales Insights

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Location: Remote (Pakistan)

Job Description:
We are looking for an AI Developer to enhance our staff performance and sales dashboards with smart insights. The backend team will handle all APIs and data management; your role is to build AI logic and generate simple predictions based on the data provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Performance

• Identify tasks that are on time, late, or overdue.
• Highlight team members who are overloaded or underloaded.
• Detect sudden drops in employee productivity.
• Compare individual performance with team averages.
• Track tasks stuck for over 3 days in review.
• Spot tasks with no activity until one day before the deadline.
• Detect unusual behavior such as frequent task status changes, logging hours without files or comments, or last-minute “blocked” task markings.

Sales & Leads

• Rank lead sources by effectiveness.
• Visualize lead-to-deal funnel and drop-offs.
• Predict high-probability leads.
• Forecast sales pipeline for the next 1–3 months.
• Categorize lost deals by reason.
• Identify returning clients and upsell opportunities.

Finance & Projects

• Identify unprofitable clients or projects.
• Compare forecasted vs actual sales.
• Generate AI alerts for high-priority leads and projects at risk of delay.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of AI / Machine Learning.
• Proficiency in Python and AI libraries (e.g., scikit-learn).
• Ability to work with data provided by the backend team.
• Deliverables include predictions, alerts, scores, and insights.
