About the Role

Bluecore Solutions is looking for a skilled Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist who can independently manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should be able to deliver consistent results, handle budgets effectively, and improve lead quality across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, Remarketing).
• Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Lead Generation, Traffic, Conversion, Retargeting).
• Set up tracking, pixels, events, and conversion goals.
• Perform daily monitoring and make data-driven optimizations.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with clear insights and improvement plans.
• Collaborate with the creative team for ad copies and visuals.

Strict Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in both Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and ROI-focused campaigns.
• Experience with GA4, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, pixel setup, and conversion tracking.
• Ability to manage budgets independently, reduce CPL, and enhance lead quality.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Must be available for full-time, on-site work.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Google Ads Certification / Meta Blueprint Certification
• Experience with landing page optimization
• Experience with service-based businesses
• Knowledge of A/B testing
