The Role:
Reporting to the Senior Business Development Manager, the Business Development Representative will focus on building and maintaining long-term relationships with international buyers and sellers of reusable goods. These goods may include shoes, mixed rags, credential clothing, books, toys, and more. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the wholesale textile or reusable goods industry and strong communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert inbound customer and vendor leads into long-term accounts
- Identify and approach potential customers and vendors in assigned markets
- Clearly communicate Bank and Vogue’s value proposition
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in SuiteCRM
- Represent the company at conferences when required
- Meet monthly individual targets
- Build strong product and service knowledge
- Communicate professionally via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Travel to meet potential customers and suppliers when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in Urdu and English (Required)
- Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills
- Strong customer-service and solution-oriented mindset
- Sales-driven and results-focused attitude
- Proficiency in LinkedIn and other social media tools
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office, Google Drive)
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Willingness to travel and work with a global team
- Ability to work remotely with personal hardware and workstation
- Self-motivated and disciplined, as this is an independent contractor role (~40 hours/week)
Experience & Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in business development or sales (Required)
- English language proficiency (Required)
- Own car or motorbike (Preferred)
