Job Description

Urban Solar Pvt. Ltd. is currently looking for an energetic and target-oriented Solar Advisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling solar solutions to both residential and commercial clients. Candidates with prior experience in solar sales are preferred; however, sales or call center experience from any industry will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Design customized solar solutions according to customer requirements.
Explain financial options, including incentives, tax credits, and financing plans.
Prepare and present detailed sales proposals and contracts.
Successfully close sales and coordinate handover to the project management team.
Stay updated with solar products, market trends, and regulatory updates.
Build long-term relationships with clients through follow-ups and support.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any field (Renewable Energy, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or Environmental Sciences preferred).
A-Levels will also be considered with a strong sales background.
Proven sales experience with a history of achieving targets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of solar systems and financing options is a plus.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interest in renewable energy and sustainability.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Preferred: Experience in solar sales.
