About the Role

We run a faceless short-form content system for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. All videos are recorded on a real mobile phone — showing real hands tapping, scrolling, and using apps like Notion, ClickUp, Airtable, etc.

No screen recordings.
No face.
Only native, scroll-stopping mobile footage.

Your Responsibilities

• Create 50–100 ready-to-post videos per week
• Short clips between 8–20 seconds
• Use trending audio, bold text, and strong hooks
• Deliver vertical videos with thumbnails
• Submit content in daily batches
• Produce 15–25 polished videos daily

Requirements (Must-Have)

• Already creating 50–100+ shorts per week (proof required)
• iPhone or flagship Android device
• Tripod or gimbal setup
• Proficiency in CapCut (or similar speed in Premiere / Final Cut)
• Strong native-level English hooks that grab attention fast
