About the Role

IT Virtual House, Sahiwal is looking for a skilled and experienced SEO Team Lead to join our growing in-house team. This role is ideal for someone who can take ownership of SEO strategy, lead a team, and deliver measurable improvements in organic traffic and search rankings.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Team Leadership

Develop, execute, and manage the overall SEO strategy.
Prioritize SEO activities based on business goals and growth potential.
Lead, guide, and mentor junior SEO team members.

Technical SEO

Perform regular website audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues (crawlability, indexing, site speed, schema, etc.).
Coordinate with developers to implement technical fixes.

Keyword Research & Content Optimization

Conduct keyword research to uncover content and traffic opportunities.
Support content teams in creating SEO-optimized blogs, articles, and landing pages.
Ensure on-page SEO elements (titles, headings, meta descriptions, internal links) follow best practices.

Off-Page SEO & Link Building

Plan and execute white-hat link-building strategies.
Manage off-site SEO activities such as guest posting, outreach, local listings, and forums.
Monitor and improve the website’s backlink profile.

Analytics & Reporting

Track and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
Share performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Competitor & Market Research

Monitor competitor strategies, industry trends, and Google algorithm updates.
Adjust SEO strategies to stay competitive.

Requirements

2–3 years of proven experience in SEO (technical, on-page, and off-page).
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Hands-on experience with SEO tools (GA, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.).
Team leadership or mentoring experience is a plus.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Additional Information

Work Type: Office-based
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday off)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Morning Shift)
