About the Role

We are building a high-volume faceless short-form content system for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. All videos are recorded on real mobile devices—showing real hands tapping, swiping, and using apps like Notion, ClickUp, and Airtable.

This is not screen recording and does not involve showing your face. The focus is on native, scroll-stopping content that feels organic and engaging.

What You’ll Deliver

• 50–100 ready-to-post videos per week
• Short clips (8–20 seconds) with trending audio, strong hooks, and bold on-screen text
• Vertical videos with thumbnails
• Content delivered in daily batches

Must-Have Requirements

• Proven experience producing 50–100+ short videos per week (portfolio/proof required)
• iPhone or flagship Android device with tripod or gimbal
• Strong editing speed using CapCut (or equivalent proficiency in Premiere Pro / Final Cut)
• Ability to write native-level English hooks that grab attention
• Capacity to deliver 15–25 high-quality videos per day, consistently
