Job Description

We are scaling a high-volume faceless short-form content channel across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. This role involves creating native vertical videos that show only your hands using real apps on a real phone (such as Notion, ClickUp, Airtable, etc.).

No face, no on-camera talking, and no digital screen recordings. All content must be filmed live and feel organic, authentic, and algorithm-friendly.

Key Responsibilities

Produce 50–100 high-quality short-form videos per week
Create 8–20 second vertical (9:16) videos with simple thumbnails
Record your hands and phone screen using a second phone or handheld camera (no screen capture tools)
Plan and write short, native-sounding English scripts (hooks, value, CTA/loop)
Generate AI voiceovers from provided scripts (no personal voice required)
Edit efficiently in CapCut (or similar tools) using text overlays, jump cuts, zooms, trending sounds, and platform-native elements
Deliver 15–25 finished videos daily with consistent quality and style

Requirements

Proven experience producing 50–100+ short-form videos per week (portfolio required)
iPhone or high-end Android device for app usage
Second phone or camera for filming hands-on footage
Strong skills in CapCut or equivalent mobile editing software
Ability to write engaging English hooks that stop the scroll
Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable with high-volume production

Nice to Have

Experience with productivity or SaaS tools (Notion, ClickUp, Airtable, Trello, etc.)
Background in faceless, automation-style short-form channels
Understanding of current TikTok, Reels, and Shorts trends
