Job Description
Aslam Supermarket is seeking motivated and vigilant CCTV Operators to join our security team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring our surveillance system, identifying suspicious activities, and ensuring a safe environment for customers, staff, and property. This role is critical in preventing theft, vandalism, and other security issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor live CCTV footage from multiple cameras at once.
- Identify and immediately report suspicious behavior or security concerns to the supervisor.
- Respond quickly to alarms and any emerging security alerts.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of all incidents.
- Ensure all CCTV systems and equipment are functioning properly.
- Follow all safety and security policies set by the company.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail with good multitasking abilities.
- Excellent observation and analytical skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
