Job Summary

The Content Writer Assistant will support the Content Writer and Business Development team in preparing proposals, tenders, quotations, and other supporting documents for new business opportunities. The role requires excellent English communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to gather and organize information from different departments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Support & Drafting

  • Assist in drafting and formatting proposals, tender responses, and quotations.
  • Support the Content Writer in structuring content sections.
  • Ensure all documents follow required formats and tender guidelines.
  • Edit and proofread content for grammar, clarity, and accuracy.

2. Documentation & Data Collection

  • Collect necessary documents from internal teams, including:
    • Company profile
    • CR, VAT, ISO certificates
    • Technical capability documents
    • Financial details
    • Staffing and resource information
  • Maintain a digital library of all content-related documents.
  • Update templates and company information sheets regularly.

3. Research Tasks

  • Conduct basic research on clients, competitors, and tender requirements.
  • Monitor tender portals for new opportunities and deadlines.
  • Summarize tender specifications and key requirements when needed.

4. Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate with departments such as Operations, HR, Finance, and Admin for required inputs.
  • Assist in preparing schedules, timelines, and checklists for each tender.
  • Communicate with vendors or partners when required.

5. Administrative Support

  • Maintain a Content Tracker for submissions, deadlines, and results.
  • Prepare weekly updates for the Business Development Manager.
  • Organize content files, folders, and documentation logs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong English writing, speaking, and grammar skills (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Google Docs.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work under deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of tenders, proposals, or documentation (preferred, not required).
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Fast learner with adaptability.
  • Positive attitude and professional behavior.
  • Good teamwork abilities.
