Technical SEO Expert for Organic Performance
We are seeking a technically strong and strategically driven SEO Executive to join our extended digital team through an external partner. The ideal candidate must have solid technical SEO expertise, hands-on experience with enterprise CMS platforms (Magento, Adobe AEM), and a forward-thinking mindset to integrate AI-driven SEO practices. This role is highly operational, data-focused, and will gradually take ownership of SEO governance, cross-functional alignment, and strategic execution.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Executive Strategic & Ownership Responsibilities
- Convert the global SEO roadmap into actionable, localized deliverables across different markets.
- Review, challenge, and validate agency SEO recommendations to ensure technical accuracy, efficiency, and strategic alignment.
- Collaborate closely with Paid Media, Content, and Analytics teams to enhance overall digital performance.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders, helping shape SEO priorities and execution plans.
Technical SEO & CMS Execution
- Perform core technical SEO tasks including metadata optimization, schema markup, alt text updates, and internal linking enhancements.
- Manage and implement SEO-related updates within Magento and Adobe AEM, ensuring best practices and accuracy.
- Conduct SEO audits using tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMrush, and Google Search Console, providing clear, actionable insights.
Governance & Standardization
- Develop and maintain SEO standards, including naming conventions, metadata templates, schema rules, and linking guidelines.
- Support cross-market consistency in SEO reporting and implementation.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and digital governance frameworks.
AI-Optimized SEO (AIO) Integration
- Use AI-powered SEO platforms (e.g., Conductor, Similarweb) to identify keyword opportunities, content gaps, and technical issues at scale.
- Contribute to programmatic SEO initiatives, such as automated landing pages and store locator content.
- Leverage AI insights to predict visibility trends and refine on-page strategies in response to evolving search behaviors, including SGE.
- Stay updated on AI search trends and generative SEO advancements to future-proof the company’s organic strategy.
Reporting & Analysis
- Monitor key SEO metrics and overall organic performance, contributing to dashboards in Power BI.
- Track KPIs such as organic traffic, share of search, and technical SEO compliance.
- Ensure SEO reporting aligns with Workfront processes and provides visibility across teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO, with strong emphasis on technical SEO and CMS implementation.
- Experience with Magento, Adobe AEM, or similar enterprise CMS platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel and Power BI.
- Hands-on expertise with SEO tools: Google Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Conductor.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles, with a strong focus on WordPress developing further technical SEO expertise.
