Key Responsibilities

• Professionally handle incoming calls and provide clear information about our software services.
• Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate solutions or services.
• Record all customer interactions, inquiries, and requirements accurately in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with sales and technical teams for proper lead transfer and follow-ups.
• Share basic product details, pricing information, and service offerings over the phone.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
• Manage call flow efficiently and resolve customer queries in a timely manner.
