Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical, creative, and performance-driven Facebook Ads Manager with strong expertise in Meta advertising across Facebook, Instagram, and Audience Network. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of full-funnel strategies, creative direction, audience segmentation, pixel tracking, and scaling eCommerce campaigns profitably.

This role is ideal for someone who can combine data + compelling creatives to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Build and manage Meta ad campaigns (TOF/MOF/BOF).
  • Develop strategies based on product type, audience behavior, and ROAS goals.
  • Execute A/B tests for creatives, copy, placements, and targeting.
  • Handle daily budgets, scaling techniques, and bidding optimizations.

Audience Targeting & Segmentation

  • Create and optimize custom audiences, lookalikes, and retargeting funnels.
  • Analyze audience insights, demographics, and behavior.
  • Utilize pixel data and Conversion API for accurate attribution and improved targeting.

Creative Direction

  • Collaborate with the graphic/video team to produce high-performing creatives.
  • Suggest hooks, angles, messaging, and formats based on performance data.
  • Regularly refresh creatives to maintain campaign stability.

Tracking, Analytics & Reporting

  • Set up and maintain Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and UTM tracking.
  • Monitor key metrics: CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
  • Perform competitor ad research using Meta Ad Library.

Optimization & Scaling

  • Identify winning audiences, creatives, and placements.
  • Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining ROAS targets.
  • Reduce CPA and optimize budget allocation.
  • Manage full-funnel campaigns from cold traffic to retention.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience managing Facebook/Instagram ads, especially for eCommerce.
  • Proven experience handling monthly budgets of $5,000–$50,000+.
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Campaign structure
    • Creative testing frameworks
    • Audience segmentation
    • Attribution models
  • Proficiency with Meta Business Suite & Ads Manager.
  • Experience with Shopify and pixel integration (required).
  • Knowledge of landing pages and funnel optimization.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in diverse niches like supplements, beauty, fashion, home, etc.
  • Familiarity with tracking tools: TripleWhale, Hyros, Google Analytics.
  • Ability to create strong creative briefs and storytelling concepts.
  • Understanding of retargeting and abandoned cart strategies.
  • Awareness of email flows and their role in ad funnels.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
