Job Description

Are you an Arabic speaker with a passion for teaching grammar and language skills? Do you have experience working with students of different ages and proficiency levels? If yes, we would love to hear from you!

We are hiring Arabic Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English, with the ability to teach Arabic Language and Grammar effectively. We are looking for patient, creative, and flexible teachers who can quickly build rapport with students.

Work Schedule

• Classes are scheduled based on the teacher’s availability.
• Teachers must provide a minimum availability of 4 hours per day, 6 days a week.
• Full-time availability: 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM
• Part-time/freelancers: Any 4 consecutive hours between 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM
• Freelancers will only receive classes if they are online and present during their committed hours.

Teacher Evaluation

Monthly ratings will be based on:

• Punctuality
• Responsiveness
• Professional attitude
• Teaching quality
• Student engagement
• Satisfaction and feedback

Training resources and self-learning tutorials will be provided to shortlisted candidates.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver Arabic lessons covering speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
• Assess student performance and maintain proper records.
• Encourage discussion, reading comprehension, language analysis, and consistent study habits.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Ability to teach Arabic Language & Grammar
• Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years teaching experience (Freshers are welcome to apply)
• Familiarity with Common Core or other national/international curriculum standards
• Comfortable using technology for online teaching

Salary & Hours

• Part-time hours: 30 per week
• Pay: Rs 400 per hour
• Working Days: 6 days per week, 1 day off
• Contract Duration: 12 Months
