Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain web applications, internal CRM systems, and workflow automation tools. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both front-end and back-end development, excellent problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience integrating and customizing platforms such as Trello.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, user-friendly websites using modern front-end frameworks.
• Design, build, and maintain custom CRM systems tailored to business requirements.
• Create integrations and automated workflows using Trello, APIs, and third-party tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Operations, Marketing) to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Build secure, scalable, and high-performance applications.
• Maintain and optimize existing systems, including troubleshooting and performance improvements.
• Develop RESTful APIs and manage database structures.
• Ensure clean UI/UX, responsive layouts, and mobile compatibility.
• Use Git for version control and follow standard development workflows.
• Document development processes, updates, and technical specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer (web + CRM development).
• Strong proficiency in:
  Front-End: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React / Angular / Vue
  Back-End: Node.js, PHP, Python, or other relevant frameworks
  Databases: MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL
• Hands-on experience with Trello, Trello Butler automation, and API integrations.
• Experience developing or customizing CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, custom CRMs, etc.).
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and modern development architectures.
• Ability to work independently, manage tasks efficiently, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using GitHub/GitLab.
• Experience with UI/UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD).
• Understanding of Agile project management methodologies.
