About the Role
We are building a high-volume faceless short-form content system for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Each video is recorded on a real mobile phone, showing real hands tapping, swiping, and using apps such as Notion, ClickUp, Airtable, and similar tools.
No screen recordings, no face on camera — only native, authentic, scroll-stopping content designed for the algorithm.
What You’ll Deliver
- 50–100 ready-to-post short videos per week
- 8–20 second vertical clips with trending audio, bold on-screen text, and strong hooks
- Vertical videos with simple thumbnails, delivered in daily batches
Must-Have Requirements
- Proven experience producing 50–100+ short-form videos weekly (portfolio/proof required)
- iPhone or flagship Android device with tripod or gimbal setup
- Fast, high-quality editing skills in CapCut (or equivalent speed in Premiere/Final Cut)
- Ability to write native-sounding English hooks that stop the scroll
- Capability to deliver 15–25 polished videos daily, consistently
