Full Job Description

We are hiring confident and experienced professionals with a UK British accent or a very neutral accent.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience speaking to customers over the phone.
  (Generic experience selling a single product for many years—like Spectrum—will not count.)
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Sharp attention to detail and a solid understanding of the UK customer mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in a non-formal, conversational tone.
• Must have lived and worked in the UK for at least 3 years.

Start Date:
1st November / 1st December — or ASAP depending on your experience and availability.

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed salary: Rs 200,000 – Rs 300,000 (based on your skills and the value you bring).
• No commissions.
