Inbound Sales for UK Service Business

Job Description

We are looking for highly skilled professionals only to join our stable and growing company.

Requirements:

• Must have a UK British Accent or a very neutral accent
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience handling customers over the phone
  (Generic experience selling the same product for many years, e.g. Spectrum, will not be considered)
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent understanding of the UK customer mindset
• Very good conversational (non-formal) communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Living and working experience in the UK (minimum 3 years required)

Working Schedule:

• Day shift – Monday to Friday
• Weekends: Work from home for 2 hours only, taking calls on your personal mobile

Start Date:
1st November / 1st December or ASAP (depending on experience and availability)

Salary & Benefits:

• Starting salary between Rs. 200,000 – Rs. 300,000, based on skills and experience
