Inbound Sales for UK Service Business

Job Type:

• Full-time
• On-site (Lahore)

Salary:

• Rs. 200,000 – Rs. 300,000 per month
• Fixed salary (No commission-based structure)
• Salary based strictly on skills, experience, and value you bring

Working Schedule:

• Day shift – Monday to Friday
• Weekends: Work from home for 2 hours only, handling calls on personal mobile

Start Date:

• 1st November / 1st December
• Or ASAP, depending on experience and availability

Key Requirements:

• UK British accent or very neutral accent (Mandatory)
• Minimum 4–5 years of real customer phone-handling experience
  • Generic experience selling the same product for 5+ years (e.g., Spectrum) will not be considered
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Deep understanding of UK customer mindset
• Excellent speaking skills in a natural, conversational (non-formal) manner
• Strong attention to detail

Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years dealing with customers over the telephone (Required)
• 3+ years living and working in the UK (Required)
