About the Role

We are looking for an Outreach Research & Personalization Specialist to join our growing team. This role plays an important part in our business development efforts by researching potential companies and crafting highly personalized outreach emails to initiate meaningful conversations with key decision-makers.

This is a remote position and a great opportunity for candidates interested in gaining exposure to private equity and investment-focused outreach strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Research companies that match our investment and partnership criteria, including size, industry, and growth potential
• Conduct light but focused research on company offerings, leadership, recent updates, and market positioning
• Draft and send customized outreach emails aligned with each company’s profile and potential needs
• Maintain accurate outreach tracking using CRM tools or Excel/Google Sheets
• Work closely with the internal team to improve outreach messaging and strategies across different sectors
• Prepare brief company research summaries for leadership prior to calls or meetings

Requirements

• Strong written English communication skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to personalize content effectively
• Research-driven mindset with the ability to quickly identify relevant company information
• Basic understanding of business development, marketing, or investment concepts (training will be provided)
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and email platforms
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in lead generation, sales outreach, or market research
• Familiarity with healthcare, private equity, or B2B services
• Ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously
