We are currently hiring a Real Estate SEO, Social Media & Cold Calling Coordinator for our Lahore office to support our UK operations. This position combines digital marketing skills with direct client communication.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator with hands-on experience in SEO, social media management, and cold calling. Main responsibilities include:

• Acquiring and optimizing real estate listings for maximum online visibility
• Using SEO and social media campaigns to generate interest and leads
• Cold calling UK property owners, landlords, and agents to grow our listings and client base

This hybrid position focuses on both digital marketing performance and direct client outreach.

Key Responsibilities

SEO & Listing Optimization

• Source, update, and optimize property listings for search engines
• Use keyword research, metadata, and structured formatting to improve ranking

Social Media Marketing

• Create and manage engaging content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Increase audience engagement and generate targeted leads

Cold Calling & Client Interaction

• Make outbound calls to UK clients, landlords, and property agents
• Present platform features and convert inquiries into active clients
• Maintain fluent, professional English communication

Data & Market Research

• Organize and update data using Google Spreadsheets
• Track performance metrics and study market trends

Quality Control & Improvement

• Ensure listing accuracy and visual appeal
• Recommend improvements to enhance workflow and efficiency

Requirements

• Experience in cold calling, SEO, social media, or real estate
• Excellent spoken and written English (UK client-facing role)
• Confident phone communication and strong conversion skills
• Proficiency in Google Spreadsheets
• Self-driven, independent, and result-oriented
• Knowledge of the UK property market is a plus
