About Us

We are a growing digital content agency specializing in high-quality YouTube videos and short-form content across multiple niches. We are looking for a skilled Remote Video Editor who understands YouTube pacing, storytelling, audience retention, and modern editing styles.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit long-form YouTube videos (8–15 minutes)
• Edit short-form vertical content (Shorts, Reels, TikTok)
• Add captions, transitions, zooms, sound effects, and B-roll
• Improve pacing and overall storytelling flow
• Deliver clean and well-organized project files
• Follow brand guidelines and reference styles
• Meet deadlines consistently (48–72 hours per video)

Requirements

• Strong experience with YouTube-style video editing
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Ability to add text overlays, motion graphics, and simple animations
• Solid understanding of hooks, pacing, and audience retention
• Good sense of music selection, SFX, color correction, and audio cleanup
• Reliable internet connection and clear communication skills
• Ability to accept feedback and make quick revisions

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience editing for YouTube content creators
• Understanding of YouTube algorithms and watch-time optimization
• Ability to design CTR-optimized thumbnails
