Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team. In this role, you will actively reach out to prospective clients, make outbound calls to promote our products, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will play a key role in boosting sales, enhancing brand visibility, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and provide them with detailed information about our products and services.
• Promote and advertise company offerings through calls and other communication channels.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure a high satisfaction level.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
• Maintain and update customer records and databases accurately.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies and achieve targets.
• Stay updated on company products and current industry trends.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Previous experience in sales or marketing.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and positive-minded.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay focused on results.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with computers, CRM systems, and basic office software.

Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools or platforms.

Contract Duration: 12 months
Pay: From Rs 50,000 per month

Islamabad — Candidates should be able to commute reliably or plan to relocate before joining.

• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)

Experience

• Telemarketing & Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
