Full Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with excellent communication abilities. The candidate must have a UK British accent or a very neutral accent and strong experience handling customer calls.

Requirements

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience speaking with customers over the phone.
  (Experience selling the same product for 5+ years—e.g., Spectrum—will not be considered.)
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Good attention to detail and solid understanding of the UK customer mindset.
• Excellent conversational speaking skills in a friendly, non-formal manner.
• Ability to start on 1st November, 1st December, or ASAP depending on availability.
• Must have lived and worked in the UK for at least 3 years.

Work Schedule
