Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced SEO Expert for an on-site, office-based role. The candidate must have solid hands-on experience in On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, and Google My Business (GMB). We need someone who can plan, execute, and deliver measurable SEO improvements within 3 months.

You should be capable of handling website audits, keyword research, backlink strategies, GMB optimization, and ranking improvements with a results-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform complete On-Page SEO, including meta tags, schema markup, site structure, internal linking, and speed optimization.
• Execute Off-Page SEO strategies such as authority backlinks, guest posts, citations, niche edits, and social signals.
• Optimize and manage Google My Business listings for improved ranking, keyword targeting, and conversions.
• Conduct detailed SEO audits and implement all necessary fixes.
• Track performance metrics like rankings, traffic, and conversions using GA4, GSC, and other tools.
• Research and analyze keywords using advanced SEO tools.
• Improve local SEO rankings for service-based areas.
• Provide weekly reports showing clear progress.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of proven SEO experience.
• Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO, and GMB.
• Ability to show visible results within 30 days.
• Experience with tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog.
• Good understanding of local SEO and ranking signals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to work on-site at our office.

Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Required)

• Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify.
• Knowledge of content strategy and keyword cluster planning.
• Experience with AEO (Answer Engine Optimization).

Additional Information

Candidates may be required to complete a small SEO task or site audit during the interview to evaluate practical skills.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience and performance.
