Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (UK Time), Monday to Friday
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

Creative Networks is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and performance-driven Social Media Associate to join our expanding marketing team. The ideal candidate will handle content creation, increase engagement, and support overall digital strategy across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.

This is an on-site position based in Rawalpindi/Islamabad. Only residents of these cities are eligible to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage monthly content calendars
• Schedule, publish, and optimize posts across all social channels
• Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers
• Track and analyze performance using platform insights and analytics tools
• Support planning and execution of social media campaigns
• Stay updated with digital trends and share creative ideas

Required Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience managing social media for brands or businesses
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong understanding of algorithms, trends, and platform best practices
• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience using planning tools like Notion, Trello, or Google Sheets
• Ability to collaborate with design and video teams
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools

Preferred Skills

• Basic photo/video editing
• Experience with email marketing or website CMS
• Understanding of digital audiences in the UK and Pakistan
• Customer support experience through social platforms
