Job Description

Xtreme Technologies is hiring an experienced Walmart E-commerce Expert to manage and scale our sales operations on Walmart.com. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Walmart Seller Center, product optimization, inventory management, and Walmart-specific advertising strategies.

Candidates with experience across other e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Walmart will be preferred. We are looking for someone who is confident managing complete e-commerce operations independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations on Walmart Seller Center, including product uploads and catalog management.
• Handle large product catalogs using CSV uploads, spreadsheets, and AI-based e-commerce tools.
• Work with tools and integrations such as ChannelAdvisor, Sellbrite, or GoHighLevel.
• Optimize product listings using SEO-focused titles, bullet points, and descriptions to improve search rankings.
• Create, manage, and optimize Walmart Sponsored Products (PPC) campaigns.
• Ensure full compliance with Walmart’s policies and product guidelines.
• Monitor sales performance, returns, and customer feedback to improve overall results.
• Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.

Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Walmart Marketplace.
• Strong knowledge of Walmart advertising tools and analytics dashboards.
• In-depth understanding of Walmart pricing strategies, shipping requirements, and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with tools such as Teikametrics, ChannelAdvisor, or Pacvue (preferred).
• Proven expertise in product research, listing optimization, and marketplace growth strategies.
