Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Website Developer and SEO Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team at our Islamabad office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking hands-on B2B marketing experience and professional growth within a fast-paced expanding company.

Reporting to the Head of Digital Growth, the ideal candidate must be experienced in both SEO and Technical SEO, and will act as the primary expert for managing and maintaining our core website built on WordPress. The role also involves supporting our content and data teams by providing SEO insights and strategies to enhance overall campaign performance.

This is a full-time, office-based role that requires strong communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the lead technical website developer and adapt to evolving digital trends to enhance website performance and engagement.
Manage WordPress website development, including technical SEO tasks such as site audits, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and performance optimization.
Work closely with the SEO Content Specialist and SEO Copywriter to ensure all websites support content strategies effectively.
Utilize AI tools to improve development workflows, fix broken links, enhance internal linking, and optimize site speed.
Collaborate with the Web & Analytics Specialist to analyse data and refine SEO strategies.
Support new business development and assist in proposing technical SEO solutions to existing clients.
Train internal teams and promote SEO best practices across departments.
Conduct keyword research and monitor website user engagement.
Stay updated with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments.

We are seeking someone who brings creativity and fresh thinking, ideally with experience in:

UX/UI design (Figma, Adobe XD, prototyping)
Marketing automation & CRM integrations (HubSpot, Mailchimp)
AI-powered website features (chatbots, personalization)

E-commerce modules and online product/service setup
